At 52TOYS Official Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective bags are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
